Do you offer Custom metals and finishes.

All of our pieces can be fully customized for you. We encourage you to request different metals, fabrics, and finishes. For custom orders we will send you finish samples for your approval, ensuring everything is to your specification. Dream bigger!


Can i request a finish sample?

We also have a host of stock options that will meet your needs. Please note once the finish is approved, and the piece goes to production, changes will no longer be possible.


Do you accept COM?

Of course! We're happy to use your fabric for upholstery. Speak to your design associate about the yardage requirements for your order. Additionally, we provide yardage requirements for all products that are requested. Please ship the COM to the address below. We require all COM/COL shipments to fill out and remit our COM Form.

*Important - Please ensure that signature is required. Olivya Stone will not be responsible for any COM/COL that does not have tracking along with a signature requited.


Can I purchase your products if I am not in trade?

Yes, we will accept orders from anyone. However our interior design partners receive special discounts, and we would be happy to refer you to them.


What do I need to get a trade discount?

In order to receive a trade discount, you will have to be involved in a similar trade such as; Interior Design, Architecture, Real-Estate, Home-Staging, or Design. We may ask to for reseller number to verify and approve your business.


How do i save on tax with a resale number

If you are purchasing within California, you will be charged a sales tax. Following your order, notify your Design Associate and we will refund you the tax portion upon Resale Permit verification.


How long after I order can I cancel/adjust an item?

For stock orders you can cancel the order within 24-hours. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed. One way we keep costs down while maintaining designer quality is through our integrated purchasing systems that prevent us from cancelling custom-orders. However, you may adjust an item if it has not yet been processed to manufacturing. Please note, there might be slight additional charges for changes made or adjustments to the quote received.

How long will shipping take?

It really depends where we are shipping to and the form of shipping.  If you speak to your Design Associate, they can give you a better idea of how long your item will take to reach you. You can also refer to our Shipping + Returns section for full ideas.


How do I check my order?

All of our orders are made to order and vary in estimated completion time. Please contact your Design Associate for an accurate lead time.
