Terms and Pricing 

Prices may vary at any time with no prior notice. For our company to be able to fulfill an order, we require a minimum 50% deposit of the purchase total price. Orders for products in stock, however, are required to be fully paid for once the order has been placed. A service fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permissible rate will be added to any account not paid in 60 days after the final invoice balance is required. Orders are meant to be paid in full including shipping, packing, handling, and taxes prior to any actual shipments. Custom orders require 100% payment upfront.

Additional Storage Fees

Storage based fees total 3% a month and charge to store merchandise if not picked up in the first 21 days after a final balance invoice.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

We cannot cancel, or modify orders or accept returns after 10 working days from the time the order is placed. In case of a modification, a modification fee of 30% will be applied if the order has been processed, materials, or fabrics/leathers ordered. In some cases, with written approval from Olivya Stone, returns, cancellations, and partial refunds are possible. Please refer to Delivery & Return Policy for more. Custom orders are not able to be cancelled. 

Textiles return policy: Anything which has been cut and/or processed is unable to be returned. 

Unforeseen Events

Our estimated delivery dates may shift at any time with notification. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or order completion issues due to force majeure or anything beyond company control. Circumstances include, but are not limited to, government sanctions, unusual supplier circumstances, resource shortages needed for order completion, and natural disasters. If any extraneous variable occurs, we will course correct as efficiently as possible. Any acceptance of goods by a customer waives all claim rights for delay or damage.

Memo Policy

In order to help our clients visualize a piece of furniture in a specific environment, Olivya Stone allows select merchandise to be borrowed or “memoed” for up to 5 business days.

Security Deposit

We require a security deposit for the full amount of the items plus all applicable taxes in order to release goods for memo. In the event of any damage, loss or late return, this deposit will be used as your payment in full for the items on Memo.

Responsibility of Memo Client 

Olivya Stone memo client must make necessary arrangements for disassembly, packing/unpacking, transportation, and repackaging.  Olivya Stone will assist in these arrangements upon request however all delivery, packing, unpacking, assembly and installation fees are to be paid by the memo client. We will not release any goods without proper protection, nor will we release goods to inappropriate transportation (e.g. open-bed-trucks, etc.) Any upholstered items returned soiled must be cleaned at your expense. Items must be returned with all original packaging materials.  All loose parts, including screws or other hardware, must be returned. Your acceptance of items for memo constitutes your agreement to these terms. We thank you for your cooperation.

Termination of Orders

  1. General: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate orders, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion at any time and for any reason, without penalty or liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  2. Cancellation: We may, at our sole discretion, cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. In the event that we cancel an order, we may not provide reasons for the cancellation. No penalties will be applicable in the event of such cancellation.

  3. No Liability: In no event shall we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, as a result of the cancellation of any orders.
